Millennium Auto Wash provides car wash and auto detailing services at our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided on our website and are subject to change without notice. All appointments are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation by our team.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before service. Millennium Auto Wash is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles. We inspect each vehicle before service and will note any pre-existing damage. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues that are discovered or worsened during standard cleaning procedures.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at our facility. Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and specific requests. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds or re-servicing are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances. Certain services, such as ceramic coating, carry their own warranty terms which will be provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Millennium Auto Wash and may not be reproduced without permission.
